BANNER MATERIAL - White, Yellow, blue, red, background heavy-duty 13 oz outdoor durable material. 15oz - 16oz extra heavy-duty. You have a choice of grommets, wind slits, pole pockets, and sewing for any banner if specified. We recommend that you only order wind slits only if your banner is for outdoor use and is really big or long in size. (The wind slits are holes in the banner for the wind and might take away from your design ). When ordering pole pockets please specify the diameter of the pole pockets size.
ARTWORK - Our #1 accepted files are vector files, this is because no matter how small we receive the file and no matter how much we stretch it out it will always be printed the way it was intended. Other types of accepted artwork files are EPS., PDF., PSB., PS.,CRD., We appreciate if the files were sent proportional at least half of the actual size of the intended banner for good quality. For eg. If your banner is 5X10 ft. your artwork should be at least 12X60 in. This means that the files were created from the following programs not transformed from other programs. We will accept Jpeg., Tiff., and any other Bitmap., files as long as they are ONLY actual size. This means that they were created at actual size, not re-sized and sent to us that way. This is all to ensure the best visual quality of the end product. We are not responsible for pixilated artwork.
PROOFS - A full color proof for your approval will be available the same day of your order if ordered Mon-Fri before 3 pm central; otherwise it will be ready by noon the next business day if specified that you need a proof.
TURNAROUND - Orders will usually be shipped the business day after we receive your proof approval. Production time is approximate; for guaranteed deadline work, please put your deadline in the special instructions area of the order form.
SHIPPING - Standard FedEx Ground shipping is 3 to 5 business days, $10.95. For faster delivery, choose 2 day for $34.95 or Next Day for $49.95. This fee covers all the banners in your order, no mater how many or what size, so order several and save. Please provide a street address for UPS delivery. No P.O. Box for shipping.
GUARANTEE - We guarantee the accuracy of your order as shown on your final proof. Our banners are made of high-quality materials and can last for years, if installed, rolled and/or stored properly. Since handling, installation and storage are so critical and out of our control, we must limit our guarantee to 90 days.
